Lead with projects
Make real construction work the centre of the public experience instead of treating the portfolio as an afterthought.

CASE STUDY #002 · BARBADOS
Premium Construction & Maintenance needed more than a visual refresh. ZH Digital rebuilt the public experience around real projects and paired it with a focused operating workflow for enquiries, project publishing, media, client follow-up and business documents.

Residential, commercial, institutional, renovation and maintenance.
THE BRIEF
The rebuild needed to replace a generic template feel with a credible construction presence that could show real work, guide new enquiries and keep the business side organised behind the scenes.
Make real construction work the centre of the public experience instead of treating the portfolio as an afterthought.
Turn “contact us” into a guided Request-a-Project journey that collects useful context without demanding a technical brief.
Give staff a focused place to manage projects, media, leads, documents and the workflow that follows a new enquiry.
BRAND + UX
The client’s vector artwork stayed authoritative. The website translates the navy, gold and white system into a more architectural, restrained digital language.
PROJECT-LED ARCHITECTURE
A project is a data record, not a hard-coded page. The same record can drive the project index, an individual project page and homepage featuring without retyping the content in three places.
FROM ENQUIRY TO WORKFLOW
The public site is only one layer. The operating flow keeps the request, follow-up and project information connected instead of scattering it across unrelated tools.
A guided enquiry captures the project type, location, timing, budget context and supporting files when available.
The request becomes a trackable lead with status, notes and a secure follow-up path for the client.
Branded quotations, invoices and receipts stay connected to the business workflow rather than living as one-off files.
Accepted work can move into the project and media system where progress becomes reusable proof for the public website.
REAL PROJECT PROOF
The supplied renovation media was treated honestly as work-in-progress documentation. Instead of pretending unfinished imagery was glossy campaign photography, the build uses it where it adds value: project pages, progress galleries and evidence of the construction process.
One project record feeds a richer public case page with project context, services and progress media.
View project architecture →UNDER THE SURFACE
Enough structure to support the business without turning a construction website into an oversized ERP.
Project records, visibility controls, galleries, videos and reusable media management.
Structured enquiries, private attachments, statuses, notes and secure client follow-up.
Branded quotation, invoice and receipt foundations designed around project/client relationships.
Individual roles, MFA, upload validation, audit logging and backup/recovery controls.
WHAT THE BUILD PROVES
Premium Construction is a useful contrast to ZH Rentals. The industries are completely different, but the design principle is the same: understand how the business works, then connect the customer-facing experience to the operational steps behind it.
No post-launch performance claims are included here yet. Those belong in the case study only after there is enough real production evidence to support them.
